Ambassador Shaan had a productive virtual meeting with Ibrahim Shiuree, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Maldives Marketing and Public Relations Corporation. Discussions were focused on the potential avenues for enhancing the collaborations in promoting Maldivian tourism in Germany and the accredited countries, to achieve mutual corporate goals.

Ambassador Shaan had a meeting with Alexander S. Wolf, Chairman of the Foundation AusserGewöhnlich Berlin. Discussed the role of Startups and Networks for a sustainable economy and potential strategies for collaboration with the Embassy.

Ambassador Shaan signed the Book of Condolences opened at the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Berlin, expressing deepest sympathies for the tragic loss of the President Dr. Ebrahim Raisi, Foreign Minister Dr. Hossein Amirabdollahian, and other members of the delegation.
