Ambassador Shaan attended a briefing by the German Foreign Office, on the upcoming COP30 in Belém, reaffirming Germany’s role as a key climate-policy partner and the need for stronger global cooperation on mitigation, adaptation and climate finance ahead of COP.

Ambassador Shaan, signed the book of condolence opened at the Embassy of Thailand in Germany, following the passing of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, the Queen Mother of the King of Thailand.

Ambassador Shaan participated at Berlin Global Dialogue 2025. This year’s edition, under the theme ‘Shifting Power, Shaping Prosperity’, brought leaders and change makers from across the world for three days of meaningful dialogue.

During the 3-day conference, Ambassador Shaan participated at discussions with experts on climate projections, preparedness, resilience and financing, and the role of middle powers and Europe in a multipolar world.
